Waking up in the mornings can already be a struggle, especially in London, the weather is grey, mostly cold, and sometimes even frosty. So we devised a way to give you some colour and copious amounts of energy in the morning. Leaving you feeling great in the mornings and ready for your day.


Handful of blueberries
Handful of strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blackberries
2 tbsp of flaxseeds
5 chunks of pineapple
1 Banana
5 Red grapes
Water (to your desired consistency)


1. Wash all the ingredients and add into a blender or smoothie maker.

2. For now, add roughly half a glass of water.

3. Blend together until you can see a smooth consistency.
